OUR STORY
Jimmy Stuart began in 1984 with a vision, a ping-pong table, a desire to create something different, something unique and something Australian Made.

What began as one man, Jim, creating and sewing his own designs and selling them at markets around Sydney, has evolved into an iconic Australian-owned business with a rapidly growing e-commerce store and now proudly operating retail stores in Sydney’s Avalon Beach and our new flagship store in one of Sydney’s prestige shopping strips, Mosman.

Passion and positivity are at the core of everything we do, we strive to deliver exceptional, personalised service at every touchpoint. From choosing fabrics, creating our designs, think-tanking our new ranges and working closely with our suppliers and contractors, Jimmy Stuart is now very much a team effort, with Jim at the helm encouraging, nurturing and supporting all involved.

Still colourful and confident, in recent years the brand has expanded on its core shirt range to include Australian made quality pants, shorts, swim shorts, knitwear, waistcoats, boxer shorts, bucket hats, bags and surfboards.

Jimmy Stuart strikes the perfect chord between a relaxed yet bold style, individuality and quality. Over the years whilst forging our own path our values have remained true, Jim is, and always has been, steadfastly proud of Australia and being Australian.
