Small Group Classes

We believe that the journey to better health is best taken together. Our gym offers small group training sessions that foster a sense of camaraderie and support among our members. Our small group sessions are conducted in a safe and welcoming environment, allowing you to push your limits under the supervision of our dedicated trainers.

Supervised Workout

Your safety is our utmost priority. When you train at MediGym, you can have peace of mind knowing that all our workouts are fully supervised. Our trainers are present during every session to provide guidance, correct your posture, and ensure that you’re performing exercises correctly and safely. We take pride in maintaining a supportive atmosphere where you can feel comfortable and confident in your fitness journey.

FitnessLab is a boutique style Personal Training studio located in the heart of Mosman Village.

Joining the Mosman club also gives you 24/7 access to over 480 clubs around Australia, over 3,200 worldwide, and over 1,100 workouts to try on the Anytime Fitness app. There’s a range of intensive Anytime Fitness classes to help you vary your workouts. There’s all the equipment you need to push yourself harder, with both cardio and floor training areas.

Anytime Fitness is open anytime! The premises are open to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have staff onsite Monday to Saturday during the more popular times.

Longevity Exercise Studio

Longevity Exercise Studio provides one on one Exercise Physiology and Personal Training sessions out of their private studio in Neutral Bay. The team are very experienced, with over 35 years of knowledge between the trainers and Exercise Physiologists. The team have been in Neutral Bay for over 10 years now and train a number of locals in the Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay area.

Longevity Exercise Studio has strong connections with a number of local health businesses already in the area including GPs and allied health.
