Move Well 2 Live Well was set up by a dedicated Physiotherapist, Danielle Meldrum, who has always had a passion to help improve the lives of the older population. Danielle has worked in various NSW health hospitals, Aged Care facilities and helped set up Rehabilitation Clinics around Australia. Danielle is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Parkinsons NSW.
Danielle is highly skilled and qualified, and now provides mobile Physiotherapy in the Lower North Shore and surrounds. Danielle works closely with her referrers, clients, families, and other service providers such as Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Carers, Doctors, and Service Coordinators to ensure a complete home care service is provided.
Move Well 2 Live Well is a Sydney based mobile physiotherapy service, who specifically work with older people. I am dedicated to all aspects of healthy ageing. I am passionate about preventing a decline in your mobility to help maintain your independence.
