1980, Paul’s dream of opening a jewellery store came true with the very first business located in Manly, later moving to Warringah Mall, in Brookvale, where Dracakis Jewellers was born.
Together with his wife, Helen, Paul built Dracakis Jewellers into the brand it is today, earning notoriety across Sydney’s North Shore and beyond by offering exceptionally fine jewels and an in-store experience that leaves you feeling like part of the family.
Over many years, Paul & Helen passed on their passion for fine jewellery onto their children, Peter, Nic, Tina & Theodore, who now lead the Dracakis team having brought their own skills & creative flair to the business, honouring their family’s proud heritage, and values.
More than 40 years on, the Dracakis brand is stronger than ever with locations servicing all of Sydney, including Brookvale, Castle Hill & Mosman.
In 2020, Dracakis celebrates 20 years of Hearts on Fire, having been the first jewellery in Australia to work with this exclusive brand.
