Including visiting the venue ahead of the day to be clear on set up and meet the venue team, your selection of her wardrobe, back up plans for rainy weather, dry runs, Facetime meetings, shared Pinterest boards, and anything else that you may want to suggest so you have a ball on the day and with the planning.
