Orangetheory Fitness runs instructor-led 60-minute workout sessions which include intervals of cardiovascular and strength training. We provide you with heart rate monitors to track intensity and maximize metabolic burn. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness where you’ll be encouraged to go at their own pace.
